Sending Auto email to the larger group of employees to get Certify

Hi All

I have an excel sheet attendance who attended trainings in February month . Now i have to send email automatically to each one of the employee from the excel sheet CC'ing his project supervisor with a content on the body of the email to get Certified . I am using the O365 version Outlook.

So how can i send emails to each one of the employee. Is there any way.

Attached excel sheet for your reference which has EMP Name , Emp email id , Project supervisor name and his email id .
