    sending personal letters

    Hello,

I wan't to write a letter but not everyone of the team needs to now
how much one person has to pay.Isn't it possible that i don't have
    to make 140 seperate letters?

    Re: sending personal letters

cant really, as mail merge is slightly different with each version of word. I've only used it once or twice myself.
post again asking "how to do mail merge with word X using excel as source data" putting your word version in place of x. there are lots of examples if you google that sentence as well.
here's one that is quite detailed
