formatting a booklet

I am new to this forum but hope to participate frequently.

I searched for help on this topic but found none.

I want to create a 5 1/2 by 8 1/2 booklet and am having difficulty in find out how to do that. Can any one help --- or refer me to source.

Sorry. This is probably the wrong forum for my immediate interests. I will remain a member to observe as I do use excel for simple tasks.
