    pre print name

    At work i have to type in clients names and addresses and also a few lines down i have to enter the clients first name, is there any way i can type the name at the top of the page and then the first name will automatically go a few line down.

    What is the purpose of the "\* Caps" switch?

    The Caps switch is to make sure however it is typed in the bookmark, it the result is Title Case. If someone typed either john, JOHN or jOHn the result would be John.
