constructing table of VB codes in word...... or printing properly in excel!

Hi, this could go in either this forum or one of the excel ones as far as I can tell, but I shall put it here for now. Essentially I am using vb to create a load of QR codes which I want to print to a pre-diced sheet of labels. I construct the excel sheet using some in table concatenation and formulae and then run the following macro:

Please Login or Register to view this content.
and printing that, I get a load of

    XXX
    XXX
    XXX
    code

where XXX are the QR code and "code" is the numerical code. The problem is that I have spent ages fiddling around with margin sizes and so on and I just can't get the QR codes to lie over the stickers (they're 12x12mm and there are 150 of them on a sheet of A4, so they are pretty small)

Now on word, I can easily create a label sheet and stick some text in it that lies right over where the labels are... perfect, but now I can't get the QR code and numerical code into the boxes of the tables.

Anyone any idea which program is the best for doing this, and how I might implement it?

    cheers!

Have you considered using Word's mailmerge tools, with a label merge based on the label stationery you're using? Seems like a whole lot less work to me.

any option is good for me - the thing is I'm not that experienced with mail merge, so I am not sure how to go about it, particularly since I am having to use google's api to generate the QR codes

will do - I got far enough with excel to be happy, but using word will help me refine what I want to do.
