Compare dates in first column of table

Hi All,

In the below macro I am trying to compare dates in the cells of first column and see if they have been sorted properly from smaller to bigger (When table size is big, Word is messing it up ). If any date is out of order I just want to highlight the "out of order" date with wdPink. If the cells contain non-numeric characters I don't want to compare them. Usually the cell contents are numeric or alpha. If the cell content is numeric, then the cell content is only dates and the date format is MM/DD/YY. I wrote the below one, but I think my logic behind the code is wrong and have to rewrite it. I am very much new to this and I am really sorry if I am making blunders. Please help.
