    'Invisible' Command Button

    Hi

I have a document with a Command Button on it which when clicked, brings up a Userform.

Is there a way that I can set the Command Button, so that when the document is printed, it is 'invisible' and does not appear on the hard copy? To clarify, the Command Button only shows the Userform, I do not want it to print the document when clicked.

    I've seen code saying:-

which works in part, i.e. the Command Button does not appear when the document is printed, however it also triggers that same printing, which I don't want to happen. Removing the

doesn't seem to do the job.

    Any suggestions gratefully received.

    Thanks

Sorry Andy - perhaps I'm looking in the wrong place, but I cannot see an option for Print Object on the Properties Tab. I'm using Word 2010 rather than Excel if that makes any difference.

    Thanks

    Re: 'Invisible' Command Button

Thanks Andy - unfortunately that's the same article I've found links to previously and seems geared more towards producing a Command Button which prints a document whilst not printing itself.

What I'm after is a Command Button which displays a Userform, which does not show up when the document is manually printed.
