MS Word: Populate data based on a Drop Down List

I have a form letter that can have up to 3 different people sign the letter. Each of these people has a different email, phone number, and title. I would like to use the drop-down list (which is already created) to auto-populate the other data in the list. Once I get the proper script to do one of them, I think adding more would be easy (I hope). Here is some sample of the drop downs, with the red highlighted fields being the ones that need to be auto-populated:


Name (from drop down): Joseph A. Blow
Title: President
Phone Number: 555-123-4567
Email: [email protected]

Name (from drop down): Jane Doe
Title: General Counsel
Phone Number: 555-765-4321
Email: [email protected]
