put first and last word of a dictionary in the header

    Hello every one,
i have written a dictionary and i want to print it now. I am facing a problem concerning the header. As you know each page of the dictionary contain the first and the last word entry in the header of the page. For example if the first word is "a" and the last word is "abandon" then the header looks like:

    a - abandon______________1_________________________

Can any one please write a macro for this problem which puts automatically the first and the last entry of the page on the header? for whole dokument!

I am uploading an example file.

I also had started a related thread in "word formating":
