Ms word opening problem

Hello friends,

I m getting problem with my Ms-word.when i just run the .exe file.It shows unable to open.

What type of error is that? Is this due to some virus??

May this be due to some virus.You have to reinstall your Office again bcoz the file seems to be corrupted.When any exe file not able to open it means it is infected from virus.Just scan your system first it may be possible that your office works fine after scanning else you will have to reinstall office.
