Word not saving documents correctly

Hi all,

My word didn't save the documents completely...........i dont know what type of problem is that but when i save the document it shows the data saved but when i opened that file data is not there.

please give some solution.

Firstly remove the Msoffice completely from Add or Remove programs and then Re-Install Msoffice now save the document and check hopefully your problem will be solved..

Thanks ExlGuru for the solution i did you you said i successfully removed the Msoffice from my system and then i check it was working fine but after a day the same problem arises again.
What type of problem is this?Why this problem coming to me again and again.
Please give me some other solution ExlGuru?

May be this occurs due to some virus on your system? Is anti virus activated on your system?

NO,Antivirus is not installed on my system is this due to some virus ??

Ya it can be possible that it is due to some virus because there are some virus which enters in the registry and delete some dll files or disable some applications.So must install some latest antivirus bcoz sometimes old version can not detect the virus completely.And scan your system completely.
