Smile Not to change the text in a format; only write the answer

    Friends,

I want to maintain a template which is in a prescribed format and the same should not be disturbed (all including text and formatting, etc.) while entering the data.

For changes in the format, a password should be asked for.

A sample .doc file attached, in which the coloured texts should be as it is and the entries made without disturbing those texts. If we want to edit those coloured texts, then a password popup should ask to enter a valid password to edit.

Macro is required or any option is there in the MS-Office word itself?

    Thanks & regards,
