External data from a web URL

Hello everyone,

Right now I'm using the following code to retrieve data from an external text file to insert it in a userform.
This text file is located in the same directory as the currently opened document.

What I would like to do is change the path for the Filename to a web URL, something like: "http://www.server.nl/folder/folder/test.txt"
How can I do this? When I replace the current Filename code to this it doesn't work. It returns a "Bad file name or number" error.
