text boxes cannot be filled in between text fields

Hi there

I'm having difficulties with a Word document.
In a table I have some checkboxes and other text fields to fill in data, Rich text or Plain text control box I believe.

To give you an idea :
Kolom B sums up some tasks.
Where there is a checkbox in kolom A, this needs to be filled in when the task is done.
Where there is a text field in kolom A, this needs to be filled in with the time/period the task was done.

Problem is :
After filling in one or more checkboxes, the other fields (for the time+period) are "blocked for editing" ? They can not be filled in anymore.
When I first fill in all the fields for time/period, and afterwords check the checkboxes, there's no problem. But apparaintly there's no way to fill in the checkboxes in between the text fields...?

I hope this was clear enough.....
Please help ??

What version of Office are you working with? You mention "Rich text or Plain text control", but your profile suggests you're using Office 2003, which doesn't support either.

I'm using Office 2010.

Are you using content controls throughout, or formfields throughout? If you're using a mixture, use one or the other - they are not designed to be used together.
