Converting Database to an Excel format

I have converted an old MS Works database to a comma delimited file. That new file has been loaded into a new MS Excel 2010 spread sheet. Each old record is now on a separate line within the new Excel spreadsheet. Is it possible to display one of the records (now on a single line in the spreadsheet) in a format that is more readable like an 8X10 piece of paper. Each of these old records are actually cooking recipes. They are not usable listed in a single line on a spreadsheet. Just trying to pick a single record and be able to display it in a "form" view. Thanks for any help.

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

Norie, I uploaded a sample workbook from the manage attachments page. I don't have an attachment to show what I'm trying to do. Just imagine that you are reading an 8X10 recipe. That's the format I'm hoping to end up with.
