Creating sub-categories within tables

Hi,

All I am trying to do is simply add data as a subset of existing data inside of a table. I do not need the sub information to be linked to another table because that information doesn't need its own table.

For example: I have 6 wattages (1-6) of light and 6 color temperatures for each wattage. I just want to record specifications for the 6 color temperatures as a subset of each wattage (Wattage 1 - Color Temp 1, Wattage 1 - Color Temp 2, etc.). I've tried creating relationships but again, I don't need there to be a parent-child link between the 2, I just want the information to be a subset inside of the top level. Please let me know how to do this.

a table. It dont cost nuthin.

you can take the tWattage table (1-6) and the tColor table (1-6) into a query
do NOT join them,
bring down the fields and add them to the tWattageColor table.
you will then get 6 colors for every Watt record.
