Use two tables on separate tabs so that filtering one, filters the other

So I created a simple relationship between two tables on two separate tabs. I uploaded it as "Example". Anyway, what I want to do is if I Filter by Company1 (as an example) in the Summary tab, I'd like it to also filter by Company1 in Detail tab. I plan to set this up as "1" to "many" so that the Company names on the Summary will all be unique, but the Company employees will be more than one. The tables are named the same as the tabs. How do I do this?

AFAIK September has 30 days, not 31
