Protect records from modification or delete by accident or by mistake

    Hello,
I have table that I'm working on, The file is in the attachments,
But I wonder how I can protect the records from being modified either by mistake or accident.
I was surprised because Access automatically saves any modification that occurs to the registry without asking about the desire to save when leaving the file (such as Excel).

Is there a way to protect the records from modification or delete, for example, when modifying, an interface appears asking for a password to accept the modification or something like that..

Excuse me if my question is common.

    Thank you in advance

Simple answer is NO. However, you should be entering any data to access via forms. Tables should be saved to the back end and forms to a front end. Users should not have access to tables. Smart DB design will split the DB into front end and back ends.

    Thank you @alansidman,
Indeed, after searching a lot for the same topic, I found that dealing with tables should be through forms only,
Because the user can make restrictions for forms on adding, modifying or deleting, while tables do not ..
