Excel Bar Chart not displaying the datapoint markers

Hi All,

I'm struggling with an issue whereby excel does not display all the datapoint markers for all the months in a series. For some strange reason, its skips some months and shows other months. I've tried to determine the reason to no avail please help

Sorry but a screenshot is useless for this question. Wouldn't it be easier to just attach the actual Excel file, instead of pasting a screenshot into another Excel file?

So what's the actual issue?

For data series with many data points excel decides not to render selection indication for every data point. That does not mean the data is missing or the data will not be affect when you format the series.

Your boss should get the range highlighted when a series is selected rather than whether each data point has a selection indicator.
Or better yet check the range references via select data dialog.
