    Hierarchy chart - Connect 1st tier to 3rd tier

    Hello,

    I have a ppt chart with several tiers as you can see in attachment. Can I connect 11 to 12? Tier 1 to tier 3?

    Hard to tell from picture exactly how you have the chart setup.

    I would guess you would need to add additional line shape to make that connection.
