Scroll bar isn't moving data (Form Control)

I created two graphs that have scroll bars associated with them. The scroll bars allow me to adjust how many data points are viewed and I shouldn't ever have to refresh the data points (multiple names with offset functions). However, when I copied the spreadsheet tab to another workbook, the scroll bar moves, but the data in the graph stays the same. Would love a solution that re-links the scroll bar to the data...
