Single Data series with two y-axes

So I have this given: Screen Shot 2014-06-23 at 3.53.01 PM.jpg
and I am trying to fit my data to the graph I have in excel below.
There is only one x-axis; suction pressure. However, there y values are dependent on two variables, discharge pressure and outdoor air temp.

How can I make the data on this sheet:

    dependent on both axes?

If you want to plot a point that is dependent on 3 variables (we usually use one Y and one Z instead of two Y) it would need to be a surface (Look under Other Charts on the Insert Menu).

If you have 2 sets of data points with the same X but separate Y values you can have 2 Y axis but they will not have one point using both Y's at the same time.
Despite the high cost of living, it remains very popular.

In many ways, it looks to me like you have done just fine creating the chart in Excel. Is there more to your question than just creating the chart? If I read deep between the lines here, are you really wanting to talk about regression/curve fitting -- How to derive an equation for the discharge pressure that incorporates both suction pressure and DB/WB simultaneously?
