Using Excel as Grapher (graph plotting)?

I do know a bit about plotting charts using excel but my query is, can we draw/plot graphs using like we do on graph papers ?

You could set the minor units on the x and y axis to be equal to 2 and the major unit as 10. Your scatter graph would then look similar to graph paper.
