formatting and sorting through pivot chart

I am trying to do a couple things on the attached pivot table and chart. I have additional questions inside the document highlighted in yellow cells.

I am trying to sort my values from lowest to highest on the chart.
Can I rename the graph based on the criteria of the filter I select? i.e. 1 BR, 2BR etc.

Trying to get additional value to associate with x-axis
Trying to show a different name that makes more sense to the end user instead of the primary key
