Multiple Pivot tables column header alignment

I am tracking the inventory needs for a project against tickets that are currently ready to be completed, and agaist those still in the works. Attached is a sample of the data, and pivot tables i am working with. The goal is to have each equipment type appear in both pivot tables, even if there are no tickets in the data file, so that the column headers will align throughout the Inventory WS. Is this possible?

“Inventory” WS, Row 2-8, is a table (not pivot) of physical inventory, and equipment on order. Column labels are indicative of the different equipment types that are required to completed the project.

Rows 13-20 contain a pivot table showing tickets that are scheduled to install, according to week, and equipment type. Rows 26-28 contain a pivot table showing tickets that are not scheduled, but for which there will be a need for equipment. EXAMPLE: While the Standard CAD Desktop is listed in physical inventory, there are currently no tickets ready to install for this equipment type, but there will be a demand for 12 (cell H28).
The tab, “Installs” is the data feeding into the pivot in rows 13-20; the tab, “In Progress” feeds the pivot in Rows 26-28.

Yes, if that is possible. It would make it much easier for the recipients to follow the flow, and provide better stability for the calculations, if that makes sense. Thanks!

Thanks for your help. I will keep trying to figure something out...may need to look at a different approach to the whole darn scenario!
