Toggle chart on and off or to different chart types?

Is there a way to build dynamic charts you can toggle on and off, or even to a different chart type? E.g. can I create a formula/chart that can switch from a pie to a bar or just a blank cell(s)?

I'm trying to build a large detailed scorecard model with multiple KPI's to use for the next few reporting periods. Some look good with a pie chart, others look good in a bar, others don't look good at all chart-wise. Instead of having to manually build each one and manage it over time, I'de prefer to make it dynamic in this way

Please let me know any questions, thoughts, ideas, etc.
