How to properly chart this

I would like to chart the attached data using a bar graph with Sections totals and Jobs totals by month along the X axis according to the left Y axis, and MS totals as a line graph to the right Y axis. I understand I could rearrange my data to make this easier but as I will be using this template many times I would rather not. any help would be appreciated.

yeah that's what I was figuring, was trying to get it down without doing that, but if that's what I have to do then so be it, not the biggest of deals
