I would have made an introductory post in the Introduction Forum, but time is of the essence and I am really in a panic mode right now trying to finish my senior research poster. It is due by 5pm Tuesday. Please feel free to move to the appropriate forum if this is not the one.
I am trying to make a fairly simple line graph(s) (I think). I was wondering if it is possible to put the x-axis at the top and have the lines hanging downward. Ideally, I would like to be able to make a graph similar to the one I have posted with 2 x axis'.

I apologize if this doesn't make complete sense. I am fairly Excel illiterate since I do not use the program that often. I went to my old Stats professor on Friday who is very knowledgeable about Excel, but he could not figure this one out. I'm not even sure if it is possible to make what I have represented here. If it is, I unfortunately lack the knowledge/skill to even know how to enter the data in the rows/columns properly to get it on the right axis.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've worked really hard over the last 3 months with this research considering my graduation is dependent upon it.
