Large Amounts of Recurring Data

I am fairly new to using Excel for finding statistical information, and though I have looked at some tutorials am still a bit confused on how to apply it to my specific data set. The main goal of what I need to accomplish is to make an easy to read graph stating how many times each answer was given for each question. (Ex; Question 1: A=7, B=2, C=109, etc.) It is a test of 150 questions and the data set of answers I have are from 118 students tested. If anyone could give detailed instructions on how to accomplish this so that I may do it myself in the future it would be greatly appreciated.
