Using Drop Down Menu to present Selected data in same sheet.

I am working on Budget Presentation data for various departments. I have to create Drop Down menu of various departments i.e Click Cell 1, following Dept should appear Div1, Div2, Div3 and Div4.
Once user select Department, in the same sheet following data should appear:
1) HEAD 2)Div 3)FINAL_COMMIT 4)INITIAL_COMMIT 5)Complete 6) Incomplete
Data sheet is being uploaded herewith. I have tried alot but to no avail.
Any help would be much appreciated please.

Welcome to the forum.
If I understood your requirement correctly, you may achieve this with the help of Advanced Data Filter and a Worksheet_Change Event Code.
Please find the attached sheet to see if this is what you were trying to achieve?
In the attached sheet select a value from drop-down list in A2 to show the relevant data below in the table.
Don't forget to Enable Macro while prompted when opening the workbook first time.

On Summary Sheet
In A5
and then copy across and down.
