This seems like a very easy thing to do yet I can't find how to do it. Of course, I am attaching an example but my real data has longer names that I need to left align and wrap the text so all of it can be seen.

Hi,
My best guess on helping is to have you watch this youtube video. Charting has changed a lot between versions of Excel. My 2013 version doesn't work like the 2010 version on this topic.

My actual data has customer sensitive information that I don't want to post for public view. I want the y axis (Kim, Steve, Robert, Jane, Bob) to be left aligned and wrap texted. If that's not possible, that's fine.
The alignment of text is limited to vertical position.
If you want fully formatting control over the labels you will need to replace the builtin labels with textboxes and use vba code to make formatting and positioning easier.
