Plotting outlier in Excel bar chart

I have a data set that I want to turn into an Excel bar chart. My challenge is that one of the values is approximately 25,000 units whereas all the other are in the range of zero to 3,000, so when I create the chart it's going to be impossible for people to compare most of the values (it's going into a PPT presentation). What I want to do is create a chart similar to the one below, where as you can see the largest value has been compressed. Does anybody know if this can be done in Excel 2013?
