Need a pivot which calculates outage

Hi,

Could someone kindly help me out in creating a pivot table which has the attendance of 10 team members.
The pivot table should have a CALCULATED field which calculates the daily and the monthly outage.

Kindly assist. The tracker has to be beautiful (if possible)

Hi,

This is what I need:

1) In the sheet 1, should have dates & names of employees (Like in the attached sheet)
2) If a person is present, the cell is "1", if the person is absent, the cell is "0".
3) Need to calculate the daily outage% (using Pivot only)

i.e. I need to calculate the (number of people attended)/(total number of people)
This needs to be a "CALCULATED FIELD" in the pivot.
