Pivot Table field show values as % of another value field

I am trying to pivot my data so that i show the following:

I know how to obtain the first 5 columns. The column i am struggling with is the final one. It is not the distribution of Rank 1 like column 4, instead it is the distribution of the countrank1 with regards to the CountofID. Is this possible to do in a pivot table, or do i need to restruture my table?
