I'm new to this forum, so please bear with me. I'm trying to create a monthly schedule for a number of people to be viewed on the same table with dates on top and names along the side, and start/end times and activity displayed in the value field.
I don't believe I can use an actual pivot table to show this (correct me if I'm wrong), but have never used VBA to create something like this either.
I'm trying to get it to look like:
4/1 4/2 4/3 (etc)
Activity Start End Activity Start End
Person A Phone 8:00 13:00 Off 8:00 16:00
Meal 13:00 14:00
Phone 14:00 16:00
Person B (etc)
I can create something like what I'm looking for microsoft access using it's pivot table view, however I cannot change the display to show 20 or so people and 30 days without printing 18 pages, and I really need to view it on 1-2 sheets.
