Creating Percentile OR Scatter Chart for Salaries

Hi Guys,

I need to create a chart that shows how our business pays in regards to the industry. I have a list of employees and their salaries, as well as the industry percentiles which I would like to compare against. Basically want all employee salaries on the y axis and the industry percentiles on the x axis, that way I can see who is paid in what percentile when doing a review.

Kind of like a bell curve but I have no idea if this is right for what I need, maybe even a scatter chart of some sort.

Thanks for the reply, I'm having trouble opening the file though, the log in screen appears then says I may not have permission. Will try figure out what is going on.

One question Glenn, can you please explain why the 0 and 35 are there?
