I am trying to Calculate sum of the data and group it according to month using Pivot table.
I have 4 columns which are classified according to date.
I need to group all the fields according to month in form of pivot table.
For e.g. - Sep-13 should be field 1 in pivot table and all dates corresponding to Sep-13 should give sum of the cells in Sep -13.

Which ever your date field is, Drag it into the rows section. > On the Pivot Table RIght Click on any date > Select Group > And Group by Month & Year & Click OK..
Then get required columns in the Valuers area and add sub-total as required.
This should do it.
