How to edit the horizontal axis position against the secondary vertical axis

Hi guys

Can you let me know how to edit the horizontal axis position against the secondary axis. I don't want the gap between graph and the secondary Y axis.

When I do this, I follow this procedure:

1) Display secondary horizontal axis (Layout -> Axes -> Display horizontal secondary axis)
2) Format secondary horizontal axis dialog -> In the "position axis" section, select "on tick marks" rather than "between tick marks."
3) If desired, delete secondary horizontal axis so that it is no longer displayed.
