Pivot Table Drill Down

I am having trouble drilling down on a Pivot Table. I have two tables linked together and am using slicers to filter the fields. The field I am drilling down on is a "count" of customers that purchased a specific item from my Company. The slicer that drives the pivot charts and pivot tables is resulting in a correct count in both the chart and pivot table. However, when I go to the pivot table to drill down on the resulting count, it gives me more data than the resulting count in the pivot chart and pivot table.

For example, once I use the slicers, I am getting 34 customers that meet the filtered criteria. The 34 count is shown in the pivot chart and pivot table total. If I double click the pivot table total of 34 to drill down excel returns more customers than the 34 I'd like to view. Any idea on how to fix this?

I hope I articulated this clearly. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Are the customer's duplicated when you drill in?

Nope. They are not duplicated.

It looks like unfiltered data. If I drill down on the pivot table and enter the filters to correspond with the slicers, the table returns the 34 customers.
