    Reconciliation/data comparison with pivot table

Hi, I have 2 tables with 2 categorical variables/columns (product and country) and two real-valued variables to be reconciled/compared against each other. Datasets can have unique categorical variables, e.g. only table B has product = hats or only table B has country = India.

As far as I know, pivot tables are ideal tool for this kind of problems. I know how to start a session with multiple consolidation ranges, but how to use calculated fields, display values from both tables or filter out blank rows or even rows with incomplete data (some blank cells) is beyond my current knowledge and abilities. Any tips?
