How to display comment related to a bar in bar tip in bar chart (or any chart)

Hi,
When a bar chart is created and mouse is moved over a specific bar, a comment is displayed as

Series "Sale" Point "Jan"
Value: 30
---------

Now attached herewith is a excel in which a comment column is mentioned.

Month Sale Comment

Is it possible to display the comment for the Month of Jan on the bar of Jan, when mouse is moved over it in chart?
