    convert value of pivot table in million

    Hi

    I am looking for the option in pivot table for converting the value in millions or Lakh
    Please help

    Why not add a Helper column in the source data that has value in millions or Lakh pre calculated, and then use that in the Pivot Table?

    You can also use a Custom Number format #,##0.0,, for Millions

    Actually i have a very heavy file with 176000 rows, so i am avoiding to add extra column.

    I tried the Custom Number format #,##0.0,, but not able get the result.

    i am adding the example sheet.
