I'm trying to build a worksheet for triathlon training, with a weekly table for daily information including resting heart rate, weight, hours and mileage for each sport, etc. (Attached.)Triathlon Training Workbook v3.xlsx

The goal is to have accompanying charts for each week (and hopefully month, but I'm stalled out on week at the moment), showing trends for resting heart rate, weight, and others. I haven't gotten farther than the first two charts, however, as copying and pasting the table and chart together results in the new table updating to a new week but the chart remaining fixed to the original table.

Any suggestions? I manually updated the second week of August, then copied that week, so there are two weeks of correct charting. From there you can see that the tables have updated to the correct weeks, but the charts for the last two weeks still reference the wrong week.
