Pivot Table -> % of Subtotal (instead of total)

Hi all,

I have the following pivot table:

I would like to show the weighting of each of those two types of hours (billable/non-billable) relative to the employee's total hours for the month.
I tried this with showing the values as % of total, % of row, % of column, but they all show me the wrong data (of course).

Can't find a % of subtotal, how can I do this?

Right Click on the % Weighted Column and select

Show Values As > % Of Parent Row Total.

Maybe thats what you want

There is no 'Parent Row Total' option for me. What am I doing wrong?
