Sequence of items in data table

I have the strangest problem with arranging items in a Data Table under a chart.

Normally I could shift the "Legend Entries" via Select Data... when right-clicking the graph and these changes in sequence are then reflected in the Data Table under the graph. For one of these series however, this does not work. The series stays in the last place of the "Data Table" irrespective of its position in the Select Data window.

It looks like this is another type of series. I have attached a screenshot. How can I solve this?

I can't see the picture but position of legend entries is also dependent upon chart type and axis used. So if your chart has combination of chart types and or use of primary and secondary axis then the order will be restricted.
