Power Pivot - set up relationship between 15 min meter read and hourly prices to calc cost

    Hi -
Attached is a Power Pivot file with meter readings every 15 minutes (SL Meter tab). The difference between meter readings is the KWs.

The Energy rate $ data is available by the hour (DA LMP tab).

The KW Inv Pivot table is summarizing the KW from SL Meter tab, column C, by the hour. I'm trying to apply the hourly energy rate $ to the total KW, but I can't get it to work in one table.

I'm able to create two separate tables, one for KW and one for Energy Rate.

Not certain if I need to expand the DA LMP table to include the rate for each 15 min period or if a Measure could be written to combine the two.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I'm new to power pivot. Thank you in advance.

NOTE: Due to file size, I deleted quite a bit of data in order to attach to this post.
