Chart showing change from first column

Hi,
I admit charting is not my forte. I am trying to create a waterfall chart whereby my first column is a number, all the columns in between represent the changes to that number, and the last column is the new number (so the columns in between show the increases/decreases to the original number by category arriving at the new end number). I would also like the incremental change bars to show the dollar amount and percentage change if possible and would love it if there was a way for the bars to be one color for an increase and another for a decrease. I'd also like the first and last bars to show the dollar amounts (no percentages) and be a different color from the incremental bars. I was given the attached chart formatting from a co-worker, but don't know how to actually manipulate that data into the chart I need. I have an example of the old chart, but it's kind of a mess so I'm hoping I can figure out how to improve it. Appreciate the help!
