Help with split chart

Hi

I'm trying to create this horizontal chart, with a horizontal line chart, without the lines, so we only see the dots.
How can I change the red line to become a dot only, with no lines attached, but ending at the same position that it does now, in the middle of the blue line.
I tried to change the chart style of that line only, but when I do, it changes both series of data.
Any suggestions?

This second series shall be plotted as scatterplot. with values used as X data and specially prepared Y values: 0.5 1.5 2.5 etc. then playing with axis (primary and secondary) formatting and visibility you will receive desired result.

Thank you Kaper, I think I'm getting the hang of it!

I now have this, but how did you get your dots in the middle of the bar graph?

Study attached to post #2 spreadsheet and note that you have 6 bars (PGS5 is zero length, but there is) while just 5 dots!
