I need help in following
I have 35 Sales persons. each sales person assigned 8-10 dealer for daily visit.
All sales person confirm their dealer visit reports daily through phone call. I need to collect this data and make report on monthly basis.
In this report I need to present Sales person's dealer visits and not visited.
How can i maintain this in excel.

I long ago made a template - COMPACTA
I have tried using that according to your requirements.
So, you just need to work on the sheet named "DASHBOARD". In this sheet you will find a dropdown.
From the dropdown you can select the name of the sales person and his data will be displayed.
For example currently sales person - "Pratyush" is selected. So now from the dropdown select any other employee. As soon as other person is selected from the dropdown, data for the previous person is automatically saved. So next time you select "Pratyush" his data will be displayed.
You need to enter the names of the dealers that the sales person is assigned to visit in column C.
Then in further columns select "VISITED" or "NOT VISITED" from the dropwdown.

Dear Sir,
Thank You Very much for your help.
Just need one small change Dealer Name in C Column should display in B Column. It should change as per Sales per assigned Dealer name
i.e. if I Select Pratyush so dealer Name ABC, DEF, GHI should display in B Column and if i select other Sales per so his dealer name should display in B Column.
