Recreate bar chart that shows incremental growth and three data points (picture attached)

Greetings All -

I am trying to recreate the attached bar chart. I am not sure how to create this chart, which essentially provides three data points per bar and shows incremental and decreasing growth to a starting number.

Basically, the first bar starts at $7.55 and is increased by +$0.50, 6.6% to get to $8.05.

The second bar in the graph adds +$0.67, 8.9% to get to $8.72.

The third bar reduces -$0.40,(5.3%) to get to $8.32.

The fourth again reduces -$0.09, (1.2%) to get to $8.23 which is the final bar and represents net growth of +$0.68, 9.0%.

Can anyone walk me through how to recreate this type of graph? Thank you.
